With two 5-axis lasers equipped with pallet shuttle systems in place, our highly skilled and dedicated staff will assist you from concept through completion. Our capabilities include the ability to generate tool path from customer supplied C.A.D. data or digitizing. In house C.N.C. cut holding fixtures are one of many measures taken to achieve precise repeatability and on time delivery. Our 5-axis Mazaks are 3D laser path in both 1500 and 2000 watt. Maxmimum thickness to .394". Maximum part size capacity is 120" x 60" x 40". HOME |
