Laser Cutting Company, Inc. cuts and forms the metal parts that go into data center construction, including custom mounting brackets, cabinet brackets, panels, door components and support members. Our fiber and CO2 lasers can hold ±.005 in. on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, so parts fit when they reach the job site.
We review your drawings in-house and turn them into a quote for your data center components.
Laser Cutting Company cuts custom metal brackets for cabinets, power distribution units, cable managers and sensors, so custom mounting brackets arrive sized to your equipment rather than adapted from a catalog part. Holes and slots are cut in the same pass as the outline, then each blank is formed on our press brake and tapped wherever your print calls for threads.
Cabinet brackets have to line up with rack rails and cabinet frames on every unit in a row. Our fiber lasers repeat the same hole locations part after part, and our APEX deburring machine removes sharp edges before brackets ship.
Cable pathway supports combine flat plates, clips and gussets with tube or channel members. Our 2D lasers cut the flat parts, and our 5-axis 3D lasers cut holes, slots and end features into tube and channel, which replaces separate drilling and sawing steps.
We can cut full-size panels up to 60" x 120 in. tables, with cable entry cutouts, ventilation openings and mounting holes cut in one setup. Flanges and returns are then formed on parts up to 120 in. long.
End row doors are built from door skins, frame members and hinge and latch mounting plates. We cut and form each component to your drawing, and the clean laser edge cuts down on grinding before assembly or finishing.
Exterior brackets, covers, screens and mounting plates sit in the weather year-round. Laser Cutting Company cuts these parts from 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminum and coated metals selected for the conditions at your site.
Cooling towers use brackets, access panels, mounting plates and structural parts that stay wet in service. Stainless steel and aluminum are common choices for this equipment, and we keep both in stock for faster turnaround.
Generator shells need large side panels, access doors and heavy base and mounting plates. Our 2D lasers cut low carbon steel up to 1.00 in. thick for base plates and full-size sheet panels for the shell, ready for assembly.
We keep a large inventory of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum on hand, which shortens lead times on repeat orders. Materials we cut for data center parts include:
Laser Cutting Company meets the ISO 9001 quality standard. Our in-house engineering and quality control department checks every part against your specifications before it leaves our Harrison Township, Michigan facility. See our quality and certifications.
Our laser cut parts hold ±.005 in. as a standard tolerance, and as tight as ±.001 in. depending on material and part design. Formed parts hold ±.010 in., with ±.005 in. possible on certain parts.
Yes. Send your drawing with material, thickness and quantity. We cut the bracket, form it on our press brake and add the tapped holes or other secondary operations your print calls for.
We keep a large inventory of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We also cut high-strength low alloy, coated metals and copper alloys.
